The Apartment
The apartment is on the top 2 floors of a well kept apartment building. The upper floor comprises 2 bedrooms , a sleeping gallery on a mezzanine, an exceptionally spacious living room with seating for upto 9 people and leading from the lounge a balcony that runs the length of the apartment. There is a bathroom with bath and shower On the lower floor the entrance lobby has space to hang and store outdoor clothing, separate toilet and a kitchen and dining area which seats 6-8 people.
There are wonderful views over the mountain ranges "Hochkönig" and "Steinernen Meer" from the balconies on both levels. In the apartment building there is free use of a large recently refurbished indoor swimming pool and Sauna. Also available are a games room, a bowling alley, heated ski/boot storage and free WIFI internet access in the lounge on lower floor.
Of the two bedrooms, the master bedroom has large double glazed doors at one end allowing access onto the balcony where it is possible to take in some of the spectacular views in this area of the alps. In the winter expect to watch top level skiers powering their way down the slopes and in the summer you can relax to the soothing sounds of the regions abundant wildlife.
The second of the two bedrooms also contains two single beds and a foldaway bed which can either be left in the room, thus segregating the sleeping area away from the living areas or if more space is required, can be placed in the lounge area. This combined with a mezzanine sleeping platform for two people, and a sofa bed in the lounge, mean that the apartment can comfortably sleep up to 9 people.
